Avenue magazine is a boutique luxury magazine with an annual circulation of 50,000. It is a magazine about the culture, history, and socialites of NYC.
I worked as an in-house designer at Avenue magazine during its rebranding project with Shigeto Akiyama at Pentagram for editorial layouts of cover pages, front-of-book content, and feature stories.

Everything Has A Spirit
Book Design in Collaboration with Zequan Zhang
Client: Artist Chen Yujun, Land Rover (China) & Long Museum (China)
On June 25th, 2022, Chinese artist Chen Yujun hosts his solo exhibition Art Houser at Long Museum Chongqing, China. This exhibition includes paintings, collages, installations, and sculptures in a spatial narrative to explain Chen Yujun’s concept of home.
The bookcase is a physical redefinition of Chen’s installation pieces that use Land Rover’s engine hood as the canvas for painting.
